Un mantra que je trouve chouette à écouter  ...   C'est un chant de gratitude : " ce mantra est dit vous donner la pleine connaissance de tout l'Univers sans lire un seul livre . C'est le salut plein d'humilité du yogi à l'infini " .

      C'est le mantra du jardinier  , non ? Surtout en cette saison !

         Le Gurmukhi est , donc , un alphabet  utilisé pour écrire la langue du Pendjab - l'article de Wikipédia est très intéressant : http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gurmukhi ( miséricorde ! rien que de parler du Pendjab , je  retrouve le même genre d'excitation que lorsque  je lisais Kim , petite ... Un  livre marquant , finalement , puisqu'il  m'a incitée à aller en Inde ...   .En tout cas , Yogi Bhajan semble être le créateur du Kundalini Yoga .
